Shipping

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm GMT+0. If you place an order on a Friday, your order will ship by Monday or Tuesday the following week, given Monday is not a holiday.

Refund policy

ORDER CANCELLATION

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

REFUNDS / RETURNS

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs and labels for all returns.
